In the lead up to Christmas school has a post box for children to post cards in. However over the years I see lots and lots of cards written by parents to everyone in the class but would like to suggest that children write their own cards and envelopes or select just a few children to send cards to. Another lovely idea is to send just one card to the whole class that I will read out and then display and any monies saved on not buying cards we could donate to a charity, Unfortunately there just isn't time to be handing out hundreds of cards each day,
